HERMANOS PECINA CRIANZA

The 2015 Rioja Crianza from Hermanos Pecia is a magnificent organic wine created from 95% Tempranillo, 3% Graciano, and 2% Garnacha. The grapes are farmed in the estate's three vineyards in Rioja Alta's San Vicente zone, with vines ranging in age from 30 to 60 years. This wine is matured in used American oak barrels for two years before being bottle aged for another two years before release. It is bottled un-fined and unfiltered, letting its inherent flavor and complexity to shine through.

This Crianza has a young, spicy scent of rose petals with a balsamic top note, and it is an excellent example of the elegance, structure, and complexity that classic Rioja can accomplish. The flagship wine of Hermanos Peciña, it showcases the estate's commitment to organic and sustainable practices.
